All delivery estimates shown on this page are provided in business days and are intended as estimated timeframes only.
Order Processing

Payment Verification
All orders are processed only after payment has been successfully accepted and verified.

Business Days & Holidays
Orders are processed Monday through Friday (EST), excluding major U.S. postal holidays, including New Year’s Day, Presidents’ Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.

Order Cut-Off Time
Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST will be processed on the next business day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the following business day.

Shipping Carriers

Shipping carriers may include USPS, DHL, EMS, and local postal services depending on destination and logistics availability.

Delivery Time & Shipping Fees

Orders are processed after payment confirmation. Estimated delivery time depends on your shipping destination. Once your order is in transit, delivery delays caused by carriers, weather, or logistics disruptions are outside our control.

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor shipment progress.

External delays caused by severe weather, carrier disruptions, customs processing, or peak shipping periods may affect delivery timelines.

Order Tracking

After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. Once your order has been processed (typically within 1–2 business days), a shipping confirmation email containing tracking details will be sent.

Please allow approximately 3–7 days for the carrier to scan your shipment into their tracking system. If tracking information is not immediately available, the parcel may not yet have been scanned by the carrier.

Shipping Address Accuracy & Delivery Issues

Customer Responsibility
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. Scott Gears is not responsible for delays, losses, or additional costs caused by inaccurate or incomplete address information.

Incorrect or Undeliverable Address
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, customers may be responsible for applicable reshipping fees.

Forwarding or Redirection
If you request shipment forwarding or redirection after dispatch, Scott Gears is not responsible for any resulting loss, damage, or delivery issues.

Special Orders & Customization

Customized or made-to-order products may require additional processing time depending on production complexity. If significant delays occur, our support team will notify you accordingly.

Shipping Limitations

At this time, we do not ship to the following locations:

Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, APO/FPO addresses, or destinations outside the Continental United States.
